Describe what you do.
I am the creator of AWAVEAWAKE, a sustainable lifestyle line that is currently made up of naturally dyed slip dresses and over layers.
How does nature inform you / your work?
The natural plant dyes inspire me, the history of silk and hemp and the magic of exploring sustainable fabrics and naturally dyed woven textiles....and canyon bathing is my practice of lately.
What does spirituality mean to you?
Spirituality means being in alignment with my self and source, being in the deep ow, in tune with your own true frequency and how that aligns with our ability to perceive that of the Earth and Cosmos.
My practice was was kundalini yoga based but now it is direct communion with nature and the elements and connection through everyday actions dancing. drinking tea, connection with beings.
