Policies

Unless otherwise stated, all pieces are made-to-order. Delivery date for each style is specified in the product description.

All items are shipped with UPS Standard or Express Saver and require a signature on delivery. Once shipped, we will notify you of the tracking number for your order. You will be responsible for any duties and custom taxes that your country might apply. Value of your item will be stated in a custom declaration accompanying the shipping documents, and charges will be collected on delivery of your parcel. 

Unfortunately we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on made-to-order pieces, so please feel free to ask as much info as possible before placing your order.

If there is a problem with the item you have ordered, please email us via the contact page within 3 days of receiving it, and we will consider each case individually.
