Terms and Conditions
Delivery date for each style is specified in the product description at the time of ordering. If you are ordering a made-to-order piece, please make a note of the delivery date when placing your order as this will shift as we reach capacity.
All orders are shipped with UPS (domestic) or DHL (non-domestic) and require a signature on delivery. Once shipped, we will notify you of the tracking number, allow 1/3 working days for delivery.
You will be responsible for any import tax that your country might apply. Value of your item will be stated in a custom declaration accompanying the shipping documents, and charges will be collected on delivery of your parcel.
We don't offer refunds for deposits, and/or refunds or exchanges on made to order pieces.
You can return stock items within 14 days of receiving them providing that they are unworn with tags, and shipped in their original packaging. You will be responsible for shipping costs. Customers outside the EU should email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will create a return shipping label with DHL and deduct the costs incurred (shipping and tax) from the amount to be refunded. Refund will be issued once the item has reached us and has been inspected.
